One core, for every clinic
The CRM and the governance spine are identical whoever you are. Client records, appointments, consent, incidents, risk, SOPs, training, audits and CQC evidence work the same way in every INTENTIQ clinic.
A specialism layer on top
What changes by field is the treatment layer — the procedures, consent wording, screening questions, contraindications and review pathways specific to the work you do. That sits on top of the core rather than replacing it.
Your evidence stays comparable
Because the governance spine never changes, adding a new specialism does not fork the platform or reset your audit trail. Your registers, reports and readiness scoring keep working exactly as before.

Prescribing safety, clinical letters, patient loyalty and reputation management
INTENTIQ has expanded beyond clinical records and governance into four new areas: safer prescribing, professional clinical correspondence, patient loyalty and referrals, and review and reputation management. Together they close the loop from the consultation room to the patient’s inbox, and every action leaves an audit trail an inspector can follow.
- Prescribing Safety Checks — every prescription screened against the patient’s own allergies, current medicines and active conditions before it can be issued, with risks graded high, moderate, low or informational
- Prescribing is blocked until the clinician reviews and acknowledges the findings, and the clinical reasoning is captured whenever a prescriber proceeds despite a flag
- Clinical Letters & Referrals — referral, two-week-wait, GP notification, discharge and treatment summary letters, with an AI-assisted first draft built from the patient’s own record and always clinician-reviewed
- Suspected skin cancer referrals can be raised straight from the lesion register, and the outcome or reply is logged against the letter so an urgent referral is chased rather than assumed
- Loyalty, Referrals & Offers — a configurable points programme, a unique shareable referral code per patient tracked from first mention to first treatment, and rewards issued automatically to both sides
- Offer and discount codes with date windows, total and per-patient usage limits, minimum spend and new-patient-only rules, checked automatically at the till and logged on every redemption
- Reviews & Reputation — review requests by email, SMS or in person, pointing at Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Doctify or your own platform, with a suggested wait time after treatment
- Low ratings are flagged automatically, escalated by email and can be linked to a formal complaint for investigation, so poor feedback reaches the clinic before it reaches Google
- All four modules are multi-clinic ready, use each clinic’s own branding, currency and message templates, and inherit INTENTIQ’s audit trail and role-based access as standard

Skin Clinic, Laser Clinic and Hair Transplant Clinic
Three specialism modules, each built around what the record has to hold rather than what a treatment menu says. All three are switchable per clinic and per client record.
- Skin Clinic — Glogau, acne IGA and GAGS, MASI and erythema severity recorded as a graded baseline, with step-by-step homecare regimens and tolerance tracked at review
- Treatment courses log device settings, depth or fluence, passes, immediate reaction and downtime, gated by Fitzpatrick type and patch-test status
- Laser Clinic — device class and wavelength, local rules in force, and the named LPA, LPS and authorised user with their Core of Knowledge date
- Every exposure logged in full: fluence, pulse duration, spot size, frequency, passes, pulse count, cooling method, epidermal endpoint and any adverse event
- Hair Transplant Clinic — Norwood-Hamilton or Ludwig staging with donor density, miniaturisation percentage and trichoscopy findings
- Operative records carry the named surgeon and GMC number, graft counts extracted, implanted and transected, and derive the transection rate automatically
- Growth reviews at 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, with dated photographs held in private storage throughout

Dermatology
Structured skin assessment, longitudinal lesion tracking and safety-netting that does not rely on memory. Clinicians get a proper record for skin work that needs more than a treatment plan; the governance lead gets the evidence trail it produces.
- Fitzpatrick phototyping, dated and attributed on the health record
- Lesion register with a full ABCDE screen, dermoscopy findings and a working impression
- Clinical photography attached per lesion, date and body site stamped, private storage
- PASI severity scoring and validated quality-of-life measures tracked over time
- Overdue reviews surfaced weekly, with two-week-wait cases escalated
- Closed-loop referral tracking from urgency through to the outcome that came back
- Enabled per clinic, with records isolated to the owning site

Test and treatment order tracking, end to end
Every diagnostic test and every medication order is tracked as a pipeline rather than a line in a notebook — from the moment it is placed to the moment the clinical loop is actually closed.
- Lab testing moves through kit sent, sample returned, lab received, results received, results processed and client discussion, with the lab reference and tracking number held on the order
- Six and twelve week follow-up stages record whether a result was acted on, not merely received
- Medication and product orders follow their own route — ordered from supplier, received, patient notified, handed over — with batch number and a witnessed handover
- Every order carries its assigned clinician, so responsibility is never ambiguous

Weight management & GLP-1 pathway
A dedicated pathway for medical weight management, covering the full evidence chain from screening through to outcome.
- GLP-1 consent covering tirzepatide, semaglutide and liraglutide, with contraindication screening
- BMI recorded at consent and tracked across the course of treatment
- Two-way SMS dose reminders, so a missed dose or side effect surfaces between appointments
